What Columbus homeowners say

• Our water heater quit on a Sunday night. Their plumber was here first thing Monday, explained the options with no pressure, and had a new tankless unit running by the afternoon. Spotless when they left.

• Kitchen sink backed up the day before we hosted family. They came the same afternoon, cleared the line and showed us the camera footage of what caused it. Price was clear up front.

• Called at 11 pm with water coming through the ceiling. A real person answered, walked me through shutting off the water, and a plumber was here within the hour.

• Replaced our sump pump and added a battery backup. They texted when they were on the way and showed up right in the window.

• Good work replacing two old shut-off valves and a faucet. Took a little longer than planned, but they kept me updated the whole time.

• Third time using Copper Lantern. Always on time and honest. They talked me out of a repair I didn't need.
